Growing our Talent

Over the last month, Pracedo has worked hard to grow our team and upskill existing members. We are delighted to see growth in our London and Melbourne offices where we’ve seen new starters and new certifications in both.

New Starters
We’ve been able to welcome 3 new team members to Pracedo, including our new Head of Marketing Elissa Franceschi to the UK office.

Elissa brings over 13 years experience in generating new business through strategic marketing campaigns and events. She looks forward to meeting our customers on upcoming webinars and coffee mornings when it is safe to host these again.

Richard Fleming and Pooja Ramesh have recently joined our Australian office.

Richard has over 10 years of experience working in Salesforce Consulting, primarily as a Business & Technology Project Lead, and will take over as our Director of Delivery. He will combine his technical and practical knowledge to focus on the overall success of our projects in Australia.

Pooja joins the team as a consultant and brings experience from her time volunteering, with a Melbourne based non-profit, as a Salesforce admin. She also has a masters in computer science and has used her free time to write a blog about her experience working on a Salesforce project.

New Certs
Tom Kitt has earned 4 certifications in the last 2 months! He recently added Community Cloud to the Salesforce Admin and Non-Profit Cloud certifications he already had. Tom is currently using Community Cloud to help implement a complex timesheet model for an existing customer.

Marketing Cloud Lead JJ has also managed to earn his Datorama certification. Datorama adds increased intelligence to Marketing Cloud and allows marketers to easily create and share sophisticated dashboards that update in real-time across teams. We look forward to implementing this across our projects.

Past and Present Apprentices
This week we hosted our Apprenticeship Kickstarter where we met a group of potential new apprentices and had the opportunity to introduce them to Pracedo for the first time. They also had the chance to ask members of the Pracedo team questions, which varied from diversity in the workplace to personal development to how the Pledge 1% model is embedded in our DNA.

Two of our former apprentices, Henry Maxwell and Skyie Green, took part in a blog hosted by Salesforce to talk about their experiences of joining a Salesforce partner.

I liked the fact that Pracedo is a diverse company that reflects the city we operate in, and also the opportunity it gave me to work with a small team of people who all shared the same ambitions and positivity.

Henry Maxwell

Henry and Skyie are just two examples of apprentices who have excelled during their time with us and become valued members of our team. They both now lead on projects and help mentor our current group of apprentices. Read the full blog by clicking here.
