Meet Your Consultants in Australia | Federico

Last September Pracedo launched its Australia office. Get to know our Melbourne based consultant Federico Chinazzi.

Federico joined Pracedo nearly 2 years ago and is a certified Salesforce consultant. He’s lived in a total of 7 countries (Italy, Russia, USA, Denmark, China, UK and now Australia!) and has a strong background in business, having graduated in International Business from Aarhus School of Business and Social Sciences. In his free time, he enjoys going hiking and finding new places to eat.

What do you like about being a consultant?
I enjoy leveraging the platform to solve customer’s business issues and have helped companies across different industries and of different sizes develop long-term scalable solutions. One of my favourite things about Salesforce is the three major updates to the platform that are released every year, I like learning about new technologies and I always try to be on top of updates
in the Salesforce ecosystem.

What kind of projects do you usually work on?
My days are really varied at Pracedo. I’ve had the chance to work on projects covering multiple industries, ranging from non-profits like Homeless Link to finance companies like Falcon Group and even the high tech industry with UNiDAYS. I have experience in multi-cloud projects including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Einstein Analytics, and NPSP. I also take part in pre-sales meetings where I deliver demonstrations to the customers to show off what Salesforce can do. Pracedo gives me the opportunity to get involved in lots of different things.

Can you talk us through the CLA project?
The Copyright Licensing Association is an organisation that simplifies copyright processes for content users and copyright owners. James and I worked together to deliver a CPQ demo which gave CLA the confidence to trust in Pracedo after they had been let down by another consultancy. This was one of our fix priced projects which offered stability to CLA.
