UNiDAYS used Salesforce to track their relationships with its partners. However, the companies growth in recent years has meant the Org has struggled to keep up with the evolving needs of the company. The complex business processes were time-consuming and taking up time and resources.
Salesforce now distributes tasks evenly between the UNiDAYS team giving them time to focus on their customers. Processes have been set up to give them the flexibility and scalability they need for future growth and CPQ has been incorporated to manage quotes, renewals and amendments.
Employees have undertaken an intensive admin course at Salesforce alongside Pracedo’s training sessions to build up their familiarity with their Org. We have also worked extensively to streamline the sales process to make it more user-friendly.
