Meet Catherine Andreadou, Sales Executive at Pracedo

Catherine Andreadou joined Pracedo in March 2022 as our newest Sales Executive. In her previous role as the Regional Sales Development Manager at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, she successfully managed and developed business relationships with corporate and leisure clients. She is an excellent communicator and a highly skilled negotiator, both of which will be invaluable in her new job at Pracedo as she looks to increase customer value.


Today, we speak with Catherine to learn more about her aspirations and motivations for joining Pracedo.

Tell us a little bit about your experience prior to joining Pracedo and the skills you acquired from the previous role:

I have spent the past 25 years working in the luxury hotel industry at various well-known brands such as Hyatt, Harbour, IGH and Macdonald Hotels. The most important learning I had at GRECOTEL, the top luxury hotel brand in Greece, was that every customer is different and so are their needs. With this, I’ve also learnt to develop an understanding of their existing problems and pain points, and implement the proper solutions to alleviate them.

Why did you join Pracedo?

I was drawn to the fact that Pracedo is a Platinum Salesforce Partner, which meant that they are experts who are extremely focused. This would allow me to learn and develop, as well as enable me to share my expertise with others. When I first met the team, they were all very relaxed and I really liked the atmosphere. With everyone being friendly and welcoming, I said to myself that this is a place I would like to work at.

What do you love about your new job?

I love that technology has the potential to improve a customer’s success, so I’ll be able to help my clients succeed by assisting them in reaching and exceeding their goals on Salesforce – the best platform to deliver.

What are you hoping to achieve here at Pracedo?

During my previous roles in the luxury hotel industry, I was a Salesforce Sales Cloud end-user and it gave me insights on just what can be achieved on the platform. One thing that I have observed is that end-users sometimes don’t fully utilise Salesforce and my ambition here is to help customers, like myself, to get the most out of their investment in Salesforce.

If you could choose anyone in the world to be your co-worker, who would it be?

Paulo Coehlo. I loved the Alchemist and many of his other books. He is very inspiring, empowering and fills you with positivity!

What do you consider is your most important achievement in your life?

I am a mother of two beautiful girls, and I consider that my greatest achievement. Making it through their first teenage years, on the other hand, deserves great recognition!

Tell us something people don't know about you.

I was a basketball player when I was young.

What is the one piece of advice about life that you would like to give your younger self?

Don’t worry about things you can’t control.

What is your life mantra?

If you really want something, you can achieve it.
