We are pleased to share news about two awards Pracedo received this year at the Salesforce UK Partners dinner for our outstanding work with small businesses and non-profit organisations.

Emerging Small Business Award

Pracedo was recognised for our work in helping small businesses achieve success on the Salesforce platform.

We strive to deliver excellent service and the best solutions to our SMB customers through our wide array of service offerings such as quick starts, custom implementations, org reviews, and workshops.

At Pracedo, lean consulting is the core value of all our projects. This means we deliver only what our customers truly need and nothing more. While our competitors will add unnecessary services and days to projects, we believe that by delivering leaner projects our customers will be more successful. Our flexible approach to consulting projects is one of the main reasons we were awarded the ESMB Partner Award this year.

Implementing new technology can be daunting, especially for small businesses. We’ve been there, and as a small business ourselves we appreciate our customers’ needs, fears, goals, and obstacles. This understanding drives us to provide the best results for our customers; their success is our success.

Salesforce.org Award

Pracedo was given the Salesforce.org in recognition of our dedication to charities and non-profits.

Pracedo was one of the first companies in the UK to join the Pledge 1% movement, through which we have committed to giving a minimum 1% of company product, 1% of company time, and 1% of company profits back to the social sector.

Our non-profit customers include organisations of all sizes: The UNHCR, Teach First, University of Westminster, First Give, Bradford Literature Festival, Homeless Link, The Adventure Project, Living Goods, and more.

We sincerely believe that it is our responsibility as a business to give back to the community, and we are honoured to have our work acknowledged by Salesforce.
